In order to meet the requirement of it′s customers in building high quality products, our company use all high precision, high performance machine tools from Japan. BOXIN products range from 16 ton open back C-frame press up to 2000 ton eccentric gear driven link motion car body panel stamping machines. Other than stamping press, it also manufactures cold and hot (warm) forging press machine for both home appliance and automotive industries.
Implementation standard: JIS 1 class standard
The machine is widely used for pressing and forming in the fields of electronic, household electric appliance, furniture, communication tools and vehicles (automobile, motorcycles, bike) and hardware etc.
Applicable processes: Stamping, forming, pressing, cut, blanking, deep drawing, punch, bend, molding, stretching and rolling.
